Extend the life of your Epson products by ensuring they are repaired by Epson-trained professionals. With Epson ExtendedCare you can do just that. ExtendedCare is a service program designed to provide you with continued repair coverage for 1 (one) year beyond your standard warranty period. ExtendedCare service covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship during the term of the agreement.

On-Site Extended Care

Epson's standard 1-year limited warranty for your product is Depot Repair. You must purchase a 1 year upgrade any time during the first 30 days of the limited warranty period to get On-Site repair services. You may purchase up to three additional plans to follow your first plan (for a total of four extended on-site service plans, four years of total coverage), if each purchase is made while a previous service plan is still in effect. No renewal of extended service is available after expiration of your fourth plan or if your current plan expires.

Spare-In-The-Air, printer exchange program.

Spare-In-The-Air is an extremely affordable service solution for companies that cannot afford to have their systems out of service for longer than 24 hours. This quick, overnight replacement program bridges the gap between the turn-around time of depot repair and the higher cost of on-site service. Make one phone call to Epson and a replacement unit is express-shipped overnight to arrive the next day. Then just return the damaged unit to Epson. It's that easy. And shipping both ways is always on us.

• Initial care Must be purchased within 30 days of  new printer purchase
• Service plans can be renewed later for additional years, as long as a previous service plan is still in effect.
